For the past fifteen years Mr. Santoro has practiced primarily in the firm’s appellate department. Prior to joining the firm, he held the following positions: Assistant United States Attorney (Connecticut); Assistant States Attorney (Maryland); Assistant Public Defender (Maryland); Adjunct Law Professor (Washington, D.C.), and Captain, U.S. Army (Korea). Frank has been counsel of record in over 75 reported cases.
Mr. Santoro's main areas of practice are Appellate Advocacy, Insurance Coverage, and Environmental Litigation.
