Biography

Mr. Sullivan practices civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice defense. Prior to joining DANAHERLAGNESE, PC, he practiced toxic tort defense in the New York City office of a large national firm, where he participated in all phases of litigation.

Mr. Sullivan graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2008 as a political science major, and from U.C. Hastings College of the Law in 2014 with a concentration in government law. While at U.C. Hastings, Mr. Sullivan interned for Magistrate Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley at the U.S. Northern District of California. He was also the managing editor of the West-Northwest Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. Mr. Sullivan earned CALI awards in Criminal Procedure and the Government Law Seminar. Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Sullivan worked as a Legal Research Clerk for the judges of the Superior Court in New Haven, CT.
