Mr. Carpentier’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with concentrations in medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, and insurance coverage. Mr. Carpentier is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has experience in all phases of civil litigation.
Mr. Carpentier is a graduate of Providence College (B.S., 2010) and Quinnipiac University School of Law (J.D, 2013). Mr. Carpentier attended Quinnipiac University School of Law as a Faculty Fellow Scholar and received the ALI CLE Scholarship and Leadership Award upon graduation. While attending law school, Mr. Carpentier served as President of the Moot Court Society and Articles Editor of the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal. He also served as an intern in a wide range of organizations and departments, including the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and Helicopter Support, Inc. (a Sikorsky subsidiary).
Prior to joining DANAHERLAGNESE, PC, Mr. Carpentier was an associate attorney at a mid-sized defense firm in Hartford, Connecticut.
