Biography

Mr. Pascale is an associate in the firm’s Westport Office, practicing civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice defense. Prior to joining DanaherLagnese, PC, he was a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Indiana in their Administrative and Regulatory Enforcement Litigation section where he handled a wide range of complex civil litigation matters involving state regulatory agencies.

Mr. Pascale graduated from Bowdoin College in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Legal Studies, and History. He played offensive line for the Bowdoin College Football Team, where he was a 2x All-Conference Academic Team Selection, as well prop-forward for the Bowdoin College Rugby Team. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2023. While attending the University of Illinois College of Law, Mr. Pascale served as Student Note Editor for the College’s Journal of Law, Technology and Policy, where he is also published.
