Nancy P. Tyler

Biography

After graduation from law school, Ms. Tyler was a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas J. Meskill, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She began private practice in Florida and was a partner at a defense firm representing hospitals and other health care providers there for ten years. She returned to Connecticut in 1992 and has been a partner at two medical malpractice defense firms. Throughout her career in both Florida and Connecticut, she has specialized in the defense of medical malpractice claims and has worked with health care clients on administrative, regulatory, and licensure matters.
