Mike McPherson is an active member of the firm’s healthcare, regulatory compliance, and litigation practice groups. Mike is an accomplished attorney who brings more than 25 years of high-level litigation and health care experience to DanaherLagnese, P.C. Prior to re-joining the firm in 2026, Mike worked at two other prominent Connecticut law firms and served as Assistant General Counsel for United Urology Group, a management services organization for one of the largest networks of urology affiliate practices in the country. Mike provides counsel and trial advocacy to clients on a broad range of issues, including health care law, medical malpractice litigation, privacy (e.g., HIPAA), contract negotiations, insurance coverage, regulatory and compliance matters (e.g., Stark and Anti-Kickback), licensure, reimbursement, and patient care issues. Appellate advocacy, complex legal research and analysis, and critical motions practice are also central to Mike’s practice.
