Joseph Walsh primarily focuses his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice defense. Prior to joining DanaherLagnese, he was an associate attorney for a general litigation firm in the Greater Bridgeport area where he litigated a wide range of complex civil litigation matters for both plaintiffs and defendants with an emphasis on personal injury, employment discrimination, products liability, insurance coverage, construction liability, and contract litigation. Mr. Walsh has handled matters from client intake through trial and appeal.
Mr. Walsh received a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2008. He went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2011. While attending the University of Connecticut School of Law, Mr. Walsh worked in the Office of the Attorney General’s Special Litigation Department and provided support for the State’s role in charities and election enforcement, as well as civil and consumer rights.
